A: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays only.
Q: What if my flowers are delayed by one day? Will everything be dead?
A: Nope, not at all. We've been slinging fresh flowers since 2014 and have seen may delays; we have never seen all the flowers and greenery die. Not one time. In the hot weather months, we have seen a few delicate flowers not make the trip but most of the time they can be revived.
Although we are not resonsible for a shipping delay, we will send replacements if possible, or issue a refund if something doesn't make the trip.
Q: How big is the box of flowers?
A: Box sizes vary but they can always fit in the backseat of a small car, truck, or SUV. Flowers are shipped tightly packes so the flowers cannot shift around. Our owner, Amy, has fit thousands of dollars of flowers into her modest hatchback. If you are driving long distances with flowers, keeping them in the box is the best call!
Once the flowers are unwrapped and prepped, they need to stay in their buckets.
Q: Do I need to sign for my packages?
FedEx Hold for Pickup Locations: Yes. The name on the box needs to match your ID. This is annoying but it's their rule.
FedEx Delivery: Sometimes. This is up to the discretion of the driver. Sometimes they leave the flowers on the porch, sometimes they won't. If you miss your delivery then it is your responsibility to coordinate either a pickup or redelivery attempt with FedEx. We will not be responsible for the flower quality if you missed your delivery and the flowers become compromised because they had to ride on a hot truck all day.
