HOW IT WORKS

With proper care, your flowers can last anywhere from 5 to 8 days, depending on the variety. Each flower type has its own vase life—tropical greens can last for weeks, while delicate blooms like anemones may only last a few days.

Simply remove flowers as they fade and enjoy the rest! Remember, longevity doesn’t define a flower’s value. In fact, the most exquisite flowers, like ranunculus, often have shorter vase lives compared to sturdy blooms like carnations.

FLOWER CARE GUIDE

To ensure everything arrives on time, place your order at least 10 days before your desired delivery date. During checkout, you’ll select your delivery date. Since the flowers are cut fresh to order, this ensures optimal freshness and longer-lasting arrangements.

Plan for your flowers to arrive 1-2 days before your event. This allows them time to rehydrate and fully bloom after their journey from the farm. Trust us—you don’t want to unwrap travel-weary, tightly closed blooms and rush into designing the same day.

Once your flowers are in the capable (but unpredictable) hands of UPS or FedEx, we can’t control their journey—but we are absolute pros at solving problems. Our team will jump into action faster than you can say pass the hot Cheetos.

To keep things stress-free, we recommend scheduling delivery 2 days before your flower event. This gives you a buffer in case of any unexpected delays and ensures your blooms arrive fresh and ready for flower fun!

Your flowers should arrive on the delivery date you selected at checkout, barring any unexpected delays. As for the time of delivery, that’s up to FedEx or UPS and varies by location.

If you live in a more remote area, deliveries are typically made later in the day. Rest assured, we’ll provide tracking so you can keep an eye on their journey!

Our flowers are cut fresh on demand at our farms, then packed and shipped within a day to ensure ultimate freshness. While rare, shipping conditions like extreme temperatures or unexpected delays can sometimes compromise the blooms. If this happens, please snap a picture and send it to us—we’ll make it right with a replacement.

It’s normal to lose one or two stems, but the majority of your order should look pristine once the flowers have had time to rehydrate after shipping. If anything doesn’t meet our high standards, we want to know. Your satisfaction matters, and we’re here to help!
