• Author of Blooms Every Day
• Wedding planner and florist for 14 years, designing over 800 weddings
• Recovering chemist with degrees in Biochemistry and Forensic Science (thank you, Bone Collector, for the career inspiration I absolutely didn’t need)
• Grew up a barefoot country kid fishing, climbing trees, and collecting coyote bones (don’t worry, we evolved)
• Raised on dirt bikes, horses, emus, and cows, developing the kind of resilience you don’t get from yoga or polished summer camps
• Held 20+ jobs before 25, including waiting tables, slinging drinks, cold-calling strangers, and photographing proms and graduations
• Spent her twenties backpacking through 18 countries trying to figure life out

My favorite travel destination:

Santa Fe, NM or Naxos, Greece

When I'm not working, I love to:

Lift weights, dabbling in art, throw pottery, take long walks, and collect whimsical trinkets

My favorite flower:

Ranunculus will always be a steady favorite, but right now Anthurium have my whole heart

One thing I can't live without:

My sister and

Got my degree in
Forensics and didn't believe I could even arrange grocery store flowers in my 20s

Amy has never waited to feel qualified.

A friend’s mom once told her she had “Catch Me If You Can” energy — not because she was pretending, but because she wasn’t afraid to try. That instinct stuck. Curiosity became her compass. Work became the bridge.

She’s learned that most things aren’t about talent. They’re about willingness. Willingness to begin. Willingness to look foolish. Willingness to keep going.

She didn’t set out to become a CEO or build a flower company. She set out to build a life that felt awake.
