FAQ
How hard is this?
Beginner-friendly. Truly.
Think paint-by-numbers—structured enough to guide you, with plenty of room to make it your own. Our kits are designed for all skill levels and come with clear, step-by-step guidance. And if you need help along the way, our support team is always available.
How long will these flowers last?
With proper care and water refresh, your flowers should last around 7-10 days!
Flower types and environmental conditions (like a chewy cat) can always affect things. Some flowers have a shorter vase life than others, so just pluck out the expired blooms as they fade.
FLOWER CARE GUIDE
Do these flowers arrive already built and designed?
No, creating the arrangement is the experience.
This is a hands-on, immersive moment with flowers designed to slow you down, engage your senses, and bring your focus out of your head and into your hands.
Everything you need is included, with clear guidance throughout.
How soon should I order? And when should my flowers be delivered?
Order at least two weeks in advance.
Have you flowers delivered two days before your party in case there is a UPS delay, and the flowers need a day or two to open before working with them.
We don’t store flowers in a cooler—your blooms are cut fresh at the farm, prepared specifically for your order, and shipped immediately. The lead time allows for farm prep and transit so everything arrives at peak quality
Shipping
Where do the flowers come from?
Primarily from farms in Ecuador, where equatorial light and ideal growing conditions produce the large, lush blooms you see here. About 80% of fresh flowers in the U.S. are grown near the equator for this reason.
When seasonal availability allows, we also source closer to home, but for statement stems and consistent quality, equatorial farms make the difference.
What happens if my flowers are delayed?
Delays are rare, but we plan for them. That’s why we recommend scheduling delivery two days before your event.
Fresh-cut flowers benefit from a day to hydrate and open, and the extra day provides a buffer in case of weather or carrier delays.
If an issue does come up, our team monitors shipments closely and will step in to help so your plans stay on track.
Can I Choose My Delivery Date? When’s the Latest I Can Order?
Yes—you’ll choose your delivery date at checkout.
Orders must be placed at least two weeks before your event so flowers can be cut fresh at the farm, prepared specifically for your order, and shipped on schedule.
We recommend selecting delivery two days before your event to allow flowers time to hydrate and open, and to provide a buffer for rare carrier delays.
From Farm to Door — Our Freshness Promise
We Promise Botanical Bliss
Flowers are living, natural products—not every stem behaves perfectly. A small amount of natural loss (typically 3–5%) can happen during transit or hydration. That’s normal, and it’s why we intentionally include extra stems and account for some loss in every kit.
The good news? This isn’t a blueberry situation, where every third one is an absolute nightmare. Most flowers arrive vibrant, fresh, and ready to hydrate beautifully.
If any stems don’t rehydrate as expected, simply snap a few photos and reach out. We stand behind our flowers and are always happy to make things right.
Your experience, and your flowers, matter to us.
